The amplifier, remote control and power cable, country dependant. Be aware that you ask for the right plug for your country. Mine came with a European plug instead of u.k. I had to return the amplifier to get a u.k. spec. The customer service was good, they replaced it with no problem

Does the nad c 316bee v2 accept banana plug speaker connectors as the image only shows the front of the amplifier?

No. Suggest you talk to supplier ( Sevenoaks) who are helpful.

This amp should a phono stage but the Nad amp in picture doesn’t show one?

It does have a phono stage. Marked 'disc' on the front panel.

Has it got eq settings?

Bass and treble can be adjusted. A ' direct ' option can be selected which bypasses the tone controls completely .
