You cannot go wrong with micro ingredients supplements. The odorless aged garlic 7,500 mg is a personal fav. Now they say they're odorless but they do smell like garlic. But when you open a supplement and you can smell them that's how you know you have a good one . I will be honest you can burp these as they are a very strong supplement. Pro tip is of course eat it with food or pop them in the freezer. I keep some in the freezer at all times. When you freeze them it allows the capsule to get further into your digestive tract, which is what you want, and once it is further in your digestive tract you won't be as likely to get the garlic burps. You've never taken this High milligram of garlic I suggest starting off slow. One in the morning with food. If you find that it upsets your stomach try taking it at night before you go to sleep. And most definitely pop them in the freezer it has made such a huge difference for me. Micro ingredients is a wonderful supplement for the quality and the money.

First, no odor and burpless in are claimed in various parts of this listing. These pills are neither. When I first opened the package, I was just about knocked out by the intense garlic smell. To be fair, though, that odor lessened day by day, until is was all but gone. And, once in a while, I get the dreaded garlic burp. But, you know what? IT DOESN'T MATTER - because these little gems lowered my systolic blood pressure by OVER 30 POINTS, and WITHIN 24 HOURS. The results are so good that I no longer have to take blood pressure medication. Now, this means I am married to this supplement forever - but again, it doesn't matter. If I can get the results I'm getting from a natural product, as opposed to a who-knows-what's-in-this-stuff, big-pharma lab creation, I'll accept a garlic supplement as my second wife any day.

I’ve only been taking this for a couple of weeks, so I don’t know about the actual efficacy of it. But I have found that even slight perspiration brings out an odor.
