My students love these color changing pencils. Keep them away from heaters or sunlight, as it will cause them to change colors

The heat activated part of the pencil does not work that well

Blue and Green pencils don't change color
The Pink, Red, and Yellow pencils have a pretty good color-change effect and we used them for a party favor. We did not pass out the Blue and Green pencils because the color change did not work on those pencils.

Big disappointment
The change in color so minimal and changes back to black so fast that the kids can't see the effects.Definitely not the bright colors in the description.

Good Pencils but disappointing
They are good pencils but the thrill in them is the color changing feature and it’s so lacking. The color is not a good solid black to begin with and then the color barely changes. So it’s fun but for me the adult I’m a little disappointed.
