Out of the package these are very long and need to be cut to fit your individual scars because they would come way up your chest if you didn't cut them. I made the mistake of making one too long so I tried to cut it while I was wearing it and that didn't work out well. Make sure to have the cut right before you peel them off. It still stuck just not as well as the other side. If you can leave extra room then I would say allow them to come up high in the cleavage area. They stuck really well on the armpit side, but as the day went on I could feel the cleavage area starting to peeling off. These lasted a solid 4 weeks. I wore them everyday. One day I and forgot to put them back on and my incisions starting itching really bad after an hour or so. I am not sure how others survive a breast lift without these!I went to my surgeons for a follow up and my Dr. and his PA were saying how great my scars looked and asked what I had been using. I am 6 weeks out from my lift and my scars have minimal redness and have healed so great I think in part to these silicone sheeting. I had read other reviews that they don't stick. Make sure not to work out in these. If you are going to sweat then you need to take them off and reapply after your shower. If your skin is clean and dry they should stick perfect. I didn't use there recommended cleaner. I just used a clean cloth with warm water and like I said they are still sticking after a month of wear everyday.I used the left over smaller cut pieces to cover up an old scar I had on my back from the dermatologist and they really do work! My old scar is even looking flatter and less red. These work and are totally worth the price! Once these loose the stickiness I will be switching to Strataderm silicone scar therapy.

I bought these to place on my mastectomy/breast reconstruction scars. They are longer than I need them to be - you can easily trim them. I am seeing the redness and thickening diminish. They remain sticky after several weeks use. I have been washing them every other day with soap that is recommended on this site. I would recommend this product and plan on purchasing another pair once these wear out.

I was very skeptical to get these because of the price. However, my doctor recommended this brand and I wanted to protect my scars. I cut the ends off because the strips r so long and used that around the nipple. The rest I taped like an anchor to those scars. Every night I wear them and every morning I wash them with liquid hand soap and put them on a paper towel for them to try. I’ve been doing this for 8 weeks and they are still sticky and my scars are noticeably more flat. Very comfortable, high quality and easy to use. I’d say the scars are still red however they have much less texture and seem to be doing great

Very disappointed with this product. I had ordered these for after a breast surgery to help with scarring and the healing process. At first they seemed to be okay, they were very comfortable to wear and you can barely tell you’re wearing them. I was very hopeful that they would work but unfortunately will not get to find out. Per the directions it tells you to wear them for 24 hours (if possible, if not wear for 12) and wash them every 12 hours, but after only a couple days of wearing and a few washes the adhesive was already starting to wear down significantly to the point where they didn’t stick on the corners and would eventually start to come off. I ordered these as well as another set to go with it to cover all of my scars and was just over $100. For that kind of money it was extremely disappointing to find out the adhesive is gone after a couple of days.

I am not entirely sure what I did wrong. When I first started using these they worked wonderfully and stuck to my skin without issue. I would clean them every night before bed with just a drop of soap and lukewarm water. I would then lay them out neatly on a towel (sticky side up) and allow them to air dry overnight. However, after only 2 weeks I noticed that they were becoming less and less sticky. I have no idea what I did wrong, I thought I had followed the instructions to a T. I also purchased the areola patches and those seem to be fine with only some lifting on an edge or two, but with a bra on they stay put. These tend to fall off on the outside long arms and roll into itself after application. Any helpful advice on how to get the sticky back I am all ears!

I used these for 48 hours , cleaned as instructed and already they are not holding up. They are wrinkling, and not as sticky on certain areas. I threw them away and will purchase a cheaper option that I can replace often.

I got these 2 months ago to help with the scarring from a skin-sparing mastectomy. I’ve found them easy to use and care for. I wear them all day and then wash them with Grove foaming hand soap and dry them face up on a towel. They’re still as sticky as ever! I’m 4 months post-op and my scars are flat and light in color. I plan to use these for a few more months or as long as they stay sticky!
