Great pillow
I am very happy with this product, but I was not impressed when it arrived. The pillow was squashed and flat, and it did not look fluffy at all. However, after 5 to 6 hours, it fluffed up and became very comfortable. I almost returned it when I first saw it, but I'm glad I didn't. It is exactly what I wanted.

The pillows are bit soft and when you place the head it goes down. Also, it takes time to get the pillow to shape after opening the packet.
