Defective. Printhead was in a plastic container that had shipping tape on the container. Upon removing printhead from plastic container, heard rattling noises. Attempted 3 times to install & the printhead did NOT work. It looks like to return printhead, I have to send it to China. When I received the package, the shipping label showed Return to JWD ROCKAWAY BLVD 16725 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, New York 11434, so why do I have a pay EXTRA postage to send it back INTERNATIONALLY??

This item does not work with my printer even though the description said it would. I have tried to return it but the address they gave me is not accepted by UPS or the Post Office so I guess I'll just have to eat the cost.

Item was poorly packed and looked used??It doesn't work in my printer. Printer did not even read it install.Cost to much to send back to China so I'am out my money.Do not buy this product.

Had hoe the replacement would solve the problem but did not

I tried 2 other vendors and both printheads were dead on arrival. This replacement cost a little more but included new ink cartridges which it seems to have made the difference. Very satisfied with printhead and delivery time. Excellent experience.

Installed exact new Print head with new ink cartridges in my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus and Printer would not recognize the new Print head.

Don't do it! It was defective, but it costs more to return it to China than it cost in the first place--even if I could print the label, which since the printer doesn't work, I can't.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT DOES NOT FIT THE PRINTER CORRECTLY AND TO SEND THIS BACK TO CHINA WILL COST $100. AMAZON DOES NOT TAKE BACK AND SHOULD NOT BE SELLING THIS PRODUCT ON THEIR WEBSITE SHAME..
