This kit is Very Basic but offers quite a bit of flexibility as to how you can assemble it, but you have to be patient. Despite the video, it may take you longer than you think to get a good & balanced design going. Remember to set aside enough panels for the top.Be Aware that the information in the box says it is not good for use outdoors. It's all coated metal with plastic connectors & they provide zip ties for added strength. The ladders are simply metal, the cats might like them better if you add some sisal rope or carpet for grip/ scratching purposes.

Update: I am updating my review from one star to four stars. The company reached out and offered a refund. They also stated there were doing a product re-design.This is impossible to put together and every little bump causes it to fall apart. It is not a safe enclosure for any animal's security.

Cage apartment has plenty of room for one cat and the three levels are very nice. The black floor pieces for each level could be more durable. My cat has put almost punctured them with her naiks.

Sadly neighbor passed away, leaving behind a senior absolutely feral cat. 10 years old, never neutered. I took the cat on because no one else would and I didn't want the cat going to the shelter. He had lived outside his whole life. I got him fixed and attempted to bring him inside. I got this cage to try to acclimate him. It's enough space to have a cat bed, litter box, small rug, and his bowls with space to spare. Lots of vertical space too. It wasn't hard to put together, but a little time consuming for 1 person. I did 5 tiles by 6 tiles by 5 tiles. This will work well for my needs at a fair price. I put the solid tiles around the bottom in case he decides to spray. Lets hope not!! Let's also hope my new cat "The Orange Mamba" stops hissing and growling at me and settles in soon!

It works for what I need it to but I had to get a cat tree instead of using the shelving. My cats kept falling. If you move it slightly you risk parts falling apart.

I HIGHLY recommend using zipties once you get the setup you desire.

I really needed this to work, it it's constantly falling apart! My cats are medium size and literally have to fix it on a daily basis. I've bought three extra packs of zip ties and have tied every corner together x4 in all sides of the black connectors .The white clips are also on but still falls apart. Really wished I hadn't spent the money on this and waited too long to put it together. Now I'm stuck with it!
