I have used it on my hair and it worked very well

Does it contain ketoconazole is this antifungal???

Not shore I got it when I was in London hospital they gave it to me when I had half my lung taken it is very good.

What is the diffrance between wash and lotion<please????

I can't give a definitive answer but as I understand it a "wash" is something like soap, so you use it with water to wash a part of your body (e.g. washing your hands) and then rinse off, whereas a "lotion" is something that you would apply to the skin and leave there to soak in. This product isn't a lotion. I hope that helps.
