This Paul & Joe moisturizing lipstick refill comes in a tube that could be used with out the actual base. I got the shade raspberry, and it's very bright and highly pigmented. It glides onto onto my lips evenly and smoothly. It feels hydrating. The color also lasts for a while before I have to reapply it.

Made in Japan. This lipstick is meant to be a refill but quite honestly can be used even without the actual case as it does come with a lid that fits over the lipstick. My Little Secret is a beautiful bluish pink/red on me. Very moisturizing and highly pigmented color. No odd scents or smell. I really liked this lipstick.
