Gonex Hand Grip Strengthener with Counter, Forearm Trainer Workout Kit (5Pack), Adjustable Resistance Grip Strength Trainer, Finger Exerciser, Stretcher, Grip Ring, Grip Ball

Great product for someone who works out my son loves this

I wanted to like this but the quality of materials is very bad. The counter on the hand gripper broke in the first week, and more concerning was the metal spring on the gripper broke and shot a piece of metal out like a bullet while i was using it. There was obviously no quality assurance in the production of this product and it should be removed or identified as a potential safety hazard.

The donut is my favorite grip tool, the extensor is good even if it’s a bit awkward for my hand, the individual finger one feels weird, the egg is a fun toy, and the main gripper is pretty solid even if there are better versions on the market

I can't believe all this exercise equipment comes for this price! Sure, it's not going to last forever (hard plastic rather than metal), but this is an exceptionally good deal for the price. I am recovering from tennis elbow and I took these grip strengtheners to my physical therapist and he was impressed. He helped me come up with an exercise routine that uses all 5 of them and says he may recommend this product to some of his other patients.

Hand grip strengthener this is a great way to rebuild the strength back up in your hands the other you get the less strength you have in your hands this is very easy to use very comfortable in your hands very heavy duty I now have the strength back in my hands

I really like the different tools to use to exercise the hand. I love the bag and the matching colors. I'll buy another to keep in my office and home.

Good use

Great kit for the value - there are several different brands selling basically the same kit, so price is a big deciding factor. The counter the hand exerciser has in the handle is a nice touch most other kits don't contain. The counter works very well, and the adjustment knob to increase/decrease resistance works great. As this hand exerciser has a max resistance on the higher end compared to other kits, I was a bit surprised with the egg grip tool and the finger exerciser - they are much softer / easier than I'd expect. I bought my wife a different kit with lower resistance max, and the egg and finger exerciser were much firmer on hers, which was what I was after. Overall that's minor though, enough reps or pause reps can substitute just as well.Overall good quality, nice carrying case, and fairly priced. A great kit and I'm pleased with the purchase.

Leider war das Gerät zu schnell daher nehme ich an entweder ich bin zu stark oder das Gerät schlecht verarbeitet. Keine Kaufempfehlung!
