My first attempt at cutting PVC pipe, but it was essential in order to get my bathroom sink put back together after the original plumber had left the PVC drain pipe glued together at an incorrect angle. Unsure at first, but after a test run on a spare section, the design and ratchet feature worked like a charm! The SHALL company really did a great job with the design and manufacturing. The only problem was with the packaging since the cutter was stuffed into a storage box that was way too tight to easily remove it and even worse for using it for storage.

Worked as advertised! This made a somewhat daunting task very quick and simple. Excellent purchase!

Broke after 6 cuts. This at can handle PVC so I bought it, and it was sturdier than the normal ones I buy at Lowes. However, this item is not up to cutting PVC 2" sch 40 pipe. I bought 6 10' pipes and had to get them into my vehicle. I needed to cup 2' off the end of each one. (My choices at Lowe's were 5' or 10' so I bought the 10' because I needed an 8' pipe. ) I bought this to cut them in the parking lot to get them home. At the third cut, the blade drifted sideways, and couldn't complete cuts and by the sixth cut it was a done deal. I had to break the last little cut it wouldn't finish on the last three. So maybe I was optimistic in the words "heavy duty" but the blade totally was bent to the point of no return. Glad I got my pipe in the vehicle and got them home without having to figure something else out. I uploaded a picture of the bend blade. It's pretty noticeable in real life, so I tried to get a good picture. I am not seeking a refund or return, as it did what I needed, if just barely before breaking.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Çok zahmetli kesim yapabiliyorsun. Sadece 20 mm. Boruyu kese biliyor. İlk başlarda biraz iyiydi. 32 mm. Boruyu kesmesi mümkün değil. Bıçağı berbat. Kullanmasaydım iade edecektim. Kesinlikle almayın

Acheté en remplacement d'un coupe tube qui a fait son temps, ce coupe tube est extrèmement efficace, aucune difficulté à couper du multi couche de 24mm, pas besoin de forcer. Produit solide.
