Really like these soft gel capsules. This was already my second jar as they seem really good to me. Easy to swallow and not the worst smell. Good quality overall.

I find these Algae oil tablets to be the best on here compared to other algae oil supplements as the capsule shells are made from cassava starch as opposed to cornstarch which can be problematic for some. They also don't have a strong fishy smell and is great value for money.

These are probably the best value omega 3 supplements I've been able to find recently. I was vegan for YEARS before supplementing, and honestly feel zero difference in the years I have been doing (although bloodwork at age 40 is all good), hence I don't want to pay a fortune for them - and you really can pay a fortune - whilst still trusting the advice that we really should be taking them! These Prowise 'soft'gels are harder but smaller than many others, making them easy to swallow. There is no smell, and no taste. I gather that not all omega 3s are created equal. If this means anything to you, two of these softgels provides 400mg of DHA, plus 83% of your RDA (10mg) of vitamin E. So you may want to be mindful of this if also taking a multi-vitamin and/or consuming a lot of Vit E, although this is still well under the 540mg the NHS says is ok, despite us apparently only needing 3-4mg per day. Confused? Me too.

Seems good easy to swallow small items. Thinking it might be better absorped than liquid from a bottle?

Fantastic quality product, I've purchased many time's

Tried this as the last bottle I bought had quite a strong taste of algae oil when the capsules are open. I do this to give to my girls mixed with other food, but the last bottle I had, had a very bitter aftertaste. Just received these and gave them a taste, and they are much better. If not extracting the oil from the capsule, there is no flavour.

Stando ai valori nutrizionali è un buon prodotto, considerando che è vegano ha un buon prezzo e non si ha il retrogusto di pesce, le capsule molli sono piccole e facilmente ingeribili, solitemente le soft gel si attaccano nell contenitore, queste un po' troppo, comunque 5 stelle.

Meine Mutter, ich und mein sohn nehmen es regelmäßig. Es ist gut verträglich aber damit sich unserer Magen daran gewöhnt am anfang haben wir erstmal nur mit 1 Kapsel am tag angefangen, anstatt 2.

These Vegan Omega-3 capsules give a far higher level of Omega-3 than most Australian-sourced products, at a very competitive price. Ordering through Amazon with a subscription makes obtaining supplies very easy. However, note that while the capsules are soft, they are oval shaped and quite wide at their widest point, so this could be an issue for those who have difficulty swallowing larger capsules.
