Great all-around Dutch oven for sourdough and everyday cooking
I've been using this Dutch oven mainly for baking sourdough bread, but it has also become something I reach for a lot for everyday cooking. The pistachio green color looks really nice in the kitchen and gives it a bit more personality compared to standard cookware. The 7 quart size works really well for me. It gives enough space for baking larger sourdough loaves without feeling cramped, and I’ve also used it for things like roasts, potatoes, and soups. It handles all of that without any issues and feels very versatile overall. When baking bread, it holds heat consistently and helps give a good crust. For cooking savory meals, it feels just as reliable, keeping everything cooking evenly whether it’s in the oven or on the stove. The lid fits well and helps keep everything cooking the way it should. The enamel coating has been easy to clean after use, even after baking or cooking heavier meals. The dual handles are also helpful since it is a heavy piece of cookware, especially when it’s full. One thing to keep in mind is that it is quite heavy, so moving it around takes a bit of care, especially right after cooking. That’s pretty normal for cast iron, but still something to be aware of if you’re not used to it.For value for the money, I think it’s a solid piece if you plan to use it often. It replaces a few different pots for me since it works for bread, roasting, and soups all in one.Overall, I’ve been really happy with it. It’s become one of my main kitchen tools, especially for sourdough baking and hearty home-cooked meals.

• Impressive Quality Without the High Cost
This 7-quart Dutch oven is absolutely beautiful and extremely well made. It’s very heavy, which tells you right away it’s high quality and holds heat really well. The enamel finish is gorgeous, and it looks just as good sitting on the stove as it does in use. The size is perfect for soups, stews, roasts, and large family meals. For the price, I’m honestly impressed — it performs like much more expensive brands without the high cost. If you’re looking for a sturdy, reliable, and stunning Dutch oven at a great value, this one is a great choice.

The best cooking pot!
I wish I bought one of these sooner! This is a great and affordable Dutch oven. I went with the 5.5 quart size and I was able to fit 28 cabbage rolls in it! I'm happy I went with this pot because it wasn't too expensive, and I was able to fit a LOT of food in it. It is nice and heavy. It was also very easy to clean(no stuck food) The food stayed warm in the pot for at least 2 hours after it was done cooking. I'm looking forward to baking and cooking more with this Dutch oven. Not to mention that the color is absolutely beautiful. :)

Really Nice
I got a good deal on this and bought this bc my friend's kids bought her the same one I bought her as a Sourdough Kit gift. This was 7qts goes with the one she already has and can use this for soup or bread and the smaller for soup as is good to use one specific one just for the bread. She really loves the color too. It seems to be durable and good quality. I actually bought her one from a local store and when she washed it the first time the enamel came off even though it was a good brand and the quality seemed to be there so I had to return it.

Good bread baking pan
Love it! Extremely heavy and good quality. Super surprised it didn’t break during transport. Perfect size for bread making! Haven’t noticed any issues with metallic taste on food or any rust.

Love, but lid chipped
Love this pot. It’s a very convenient and versatile size. Just noticed a chip in the lid though, which makes me very sad. Have only ever handwashed and stored on my kitchen hutch, never with anything stacked on it.

New soup and sauce pot !
Beautiful pot. Bigger than I expected. My first time purchasing enameled cast iron. Planning on using it for soups and sauce.

Love it!
I get so many compliments on this Dutch oven - it’s gorgeous and just as functional as it is pretty! It’s easy to clean, you can cook many different things with it, and the ceramic coating makes for a more even cook. It’s a bit heavy, but that’s to be expected with ceramic coated cast iron.
