Based on the reviews I thought this would be a very good mounts for my standard iPhone 7. The form factor is great, and the magnet holds well, but the stand cannot keep the phone at an angle. As soon as you go over bumps, the amount will twist down word till the phone is pressing against the dashboard. Awarding it two stars because of the form factor, but I took three off because it won’t keep the phone in the correct position which is very frustrating. Also, I've had this for months and even removed it from one spot and remounted it to another with no issues in regards to the adhesive holding, whatsoever.You have to clean the area you're going to mount the adhesive to with isopropyl alcohol. I have seen people complaining about it not sticking properly when they probably mounted it on a dirty dusty dash without cleaning it first.Like all adhesives it has to be clean and you have to let it cure for a little while. 5 to 10 minutes should be fine and then it should last a very long time.
