There are ZERO instructions provided. I searched Google for "Johnson 1060 Soft Close Installation Imstructions". It's a 5:49 length video. Very informative (including measurements required for the install). Manufacturer should be ashamed for not providing instructions - this is marketed for DIY (DIYHD), after all . . .

Product good, but incomplete and poor instructions
The product itself is fine, the problem is the instructions are the absolute worse! Instructions include directions like "using 2 screws on the small side of the bracket, ensure that the first bracket is affixed up against the nailing boards on one end and the screws are inserted through the holes." what? Which screws? which bracket? what's a nailing board?The kit didn't come with all the necessary screws and nails referenced in the instructions, but luckily I have plenty in the garage to work with.if they just fixed the instructions and included every necessary piece in the kits, I'd happily give this a 5 star rating.

Product was just as good as any other out there and saved a few bucks to boot. As a contractor I WILL be ordering again.

missing parts 2 steel studs
got the box drop off by UPS box not in the great shapewas to have 4 steel stud Well box only had 2 in the box n the box was tape shut can't say it slip out the box the kit is SO SO just need the other studs
