The safe is very well built. It supplies hardware required for fixing it to the ground. The fingerprint reader is easy to program and works very well. Overall, it is a great value for money. I would have appreciated if the keypad had numbers 0 to 9 instead of just 1 to 4.

Works very well. Follow the simple instructions for setting up two combinations. Good shelf space for files, guns, valuables. I did a lot of research; and am pleased with this purchase.

Safe came with great packaging! No damage! I used a dolly to move it into place,(I'm a 70 yr old women). I had no problem setting it up and it works with the key or the code! Better than my Sentry safe, which the electronics failed and after trying several things to fix it I gave up. Luckily it failed when the safe was open!

Wow is this safe heavy. It was very easy to put in code to lock & unlock safe. The shelves are removable and can put them where you want. The location of shelves for us was great so left them where they were. The safe was in a very sturdy box and packed in foam on the bottom and top. The box had handles on it for easy movement but still needed a dolly to get it in the house. We are quite pleased with this safe. Has a lot of room to put in whatever you need it for. This will work great for us. The keys light up once a key is pushed but if you have this in a dark space, you'll need a flashlight in order to see where your numbers are as they are black just like the safe. We got the black safe. Make sure you don't lock keys in safe. You can open this safe with a code or just using the keys. The shelves are lined in felt as well as the door. Would have been nice if the key pad had been silver instead of flat black as it would make hitting keys for code a lot easier. All in all we are happy with this safe.

UPDATE:: After I wrote the review (below) the company reached out to me, and apologized for the poor electronics. Told me not to worry about my return… that they wanted to send me a new safe. I accepted their new safe, and the new one works great! Electronics fit right, and we’re in good working order!Sometimes things fail, but when companies go above and beyond to fix there mistakes is the difference between a company that just wants money and a company that wants a customer.I left my old review up, but I have changed the stars to 5 and will say buy with confidence, as this company stands behind their products and makes things right by their customers!Right size! Looks good! Great Price!… electronics were junk! Cheap and did not work… therefore the whole thing becomes just an overweight… paper weight!Sooo many reasons to say yes… I hard reason to say NO!Do not recommend, unless controls are upgraded!
