Bought the 5th pack for 2300.This time the cafe mocha flavour- tastes like a coffee flavour toffee, i liked the flavour.Previous tried mango - it was okay i mean i finished the whole pack, sometimes i didn't like it but sometimes i did. Depends upon the mood and person.And the chocolate flavour wins, now i think this and chocolate flavour can have tough compitition.For gains- remember it is just a supplement just like the medicine you use when your body cannot cure from its own.If u are getting enough protein from your basic diet its of no use for you.I couldn't so iam supplementing it.

Absolutely garbage
I am pretty sure that they are importing whey that’s near its expiry date. The chocolate flavour is heinous It feels like wheat flour than whey and the reason why I am so confident with my statement is because I have tried and expensive protein from true basics and the difference was night and day , I would definitely recommend you to buy lil expensive whey because the few buck you save is not worth your health This brand used to be good in its initial days, but I feel they have definitely sold their souls.
