Came out stunning so realistic

I'm a bit on the fence regarding this product and don't understand all the super positive reviews. Maybe some people just don't look too carefully, and it IS a reasonably nice product. HOWEVER, its not great by my standards, because the finished photo has significantly less resolution (its "grainier") as compared to the one they show you in the ad. Think of the difference between a 1080p TV picture (really good) and your really old tube mount TV set. I can quite EASILY see the individual dots that make up the finished photo in the one I received. And there aren't as many shades of grey as a result. If you don't compare side-by-side, maybe you wouldn't notice - but to me its obvious, even with my relatively poor eyesight. From a reasonable distance it looks good, however as you get close you can really tell the difference. I was actually planning to buy several, but I'm glad I didn't and will probably seek out another vendor for future orders.

Bought six all at once (for our family) and so they had a variety of pictures to work with and each one came out perfect. These crystals are simply amazing, and we know they will be treasured by everyone for years.Super fast delivery (2 weeks total from ordering to delivery) and great customer service - they were in contact with us each step of the way and allowed us to review our purchase (i.e. how our pictures would look in the crystals - we even had one changed from landscape to portrait without any problem) before the final engraving and still, when they arrived, they looked even better than we had hoped. Highly recommended and the best deal around, order these and you won't be disappointed!

I reviewed a lot of companys' products and found a review that talked about cleaning up and cropping your image before you order. I did and it turned out extremely clear. Was well worth the time spent prepping. Although this was a higher cost than others, the size of the crystal and the 2 key chains adds to the benefit. We gave ours as a gift and was pleasantly surprised with the clarity of the image in all crystals, even the key chains.

This product is so beautiful and gorgeous in person. You've gone above and beyond to help make this product so perfect. Even sent out earlier than expected and delivered way before Amazon estimated. I rarely write reviews, but I have to make an exception in this case. The customer service is beyond compare. Jack answered my numerous emails within hours or the next day at the latest. He was patient with my questions and the many changes I made. The crystal was received earlier than expected, and the 2 matching key chains was such a nice surprise. I would however, also recommend getting the light stand as it illuminates the crystal even more from all different angles.
