It was a birthday gift, so wasn’t unpacked for a while after receiving it. Finally unpacked and charged per instructions only to find out it doesn’t work. Big disappointment. Unfortunately as it was given as a gift, the packaging was discarded and I couldn’t return it. Money wasted. Not happy.

The media could not be loaded. This mixer is only capable of mixing liquids. The motor is so weak that it is unable to blend the finished smoothie, even when fully charged.

It struggles to blend blueberries, it really isn’t powerful, also it’s not very big

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I BOUGHT IT CHARGED IT FOR 24 HOURS DIDN'T WORK THEN IT DID FOR 5 MINS TILL THE LIGHT TURNED RED NEXT DAY CHARGED FOR 24 HOURS AND IT HASN'T TURNED ON ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PRODUCT!!!!!

Much smaller than it looks on the picture and didn't come with a charger! Although a reasonable price and suitable for going into a bag for work.

Packaging was a bit busted on arrival but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Plugged it in for a bit to charge as it seemed off then I first tried it out. First time using it and barely did anything! Just used a few frozen berries, yoghurt and some juice and when it finally did blend, after so much shaking and mushing up fruit etc it didn't even get everything. Wouldn't buy again, would rather spend a bit more money and get something that actually works properly
