Ok so, I have been using this computer for over a year now almost 2, it has been a great computer, I stream daily for 5 hours a day every day and it has held up on what I expected, everything works perfect, except the only issue I have had is the USB ports some of them don't work. They did at first, but 3 months in they stopped working, but work intermittently now. sometimes I have to, reboot the computer because it doesnt go past the splash screen at start up. But other than that, it is one of the best computers and well worth it if you are on a budget. I honestly really do love this computer. It's a great starter. I recommend it.

I'm writing this review on this PC that I just got in the mail. Fast shipping and the packaging was wonderful. This is the first company I've seen put safety precautions inside of the computer such as Styrofoam. Fast gaming pc, works on arrival and I haven't seen any problems with it. Will recommend EDIT: after a couple of days of using the PC, there has been random freezing that only can be fixed by shutting down. Looking at the motherboard the DIMM3 red light is on for the ram meaning the third slot ram stick is either faulty or wrongly placed, after doing some investigative work on a PC and re-inserting the ram it seems like one of the clamps for the third ram slot has trouble holding and clamping. Outside of that there isn’t that many issues I will have to go to the shop to see what’s wrong with the motherboard ram slots. I will also place the ram stick on another slot to see if it’s the ram stick or the clamps on the ram stick slot EDIT 2: Did more technical work and found out that there is an issue with the DIMM3 Ram Slot (3rd Ram slot) on the motherboard. I removed the 1st and 3rd ram sticks from the motherboard and the red light disappeared. I then used the remaining ram sticks and inserted them into the 1st and 3rd ram slots and then the red light reappeared. The motherboard came in with a faulty ram slot. I've contacted the seller in hopes of a replacement PC being sent. Will update on if I have any luck with that, until I get a resolution on the matter, my review score will be at 2 stars.

**update** we replaced the Ram and it works fine. Ram failed after 2 months everything else is good. I’ll take back my one star and give it 4. The first one we received wouldn't power on. We figured something probably got jarred loose during shipping so we returned it and received the replacement. My 10 year uses this computer for mainly games like Roblox, Fortnite or Youtube. We got it set up on 3/4 and here we are just over 2 months later and the computer is completely unusable. Any app that is opened will instantly freeze the computer and it will throw an error code. It's thrown multiple different ones indicating everything from the Ram to the motherboard. I'm livid. We did a complete reset of the entire thing and it is still nothing more than a very heavy, expensive, unusable paperweight. My 10 year old saved all of his Christmas and Birthday money for a year to get this garbage, unacceptable.

This has been the best computer! It stays cool and works great. My son has 3 monitors and every gaming accessory known to man. They are all compatible. This was a great price, for everything that you get.

I got this for my husband for iRacing. It works perfect! It was hard to find a computer that met the specifications for iRacing that was in our budget and this one works great! I have a feeling it would work great for others as well! We did upgrade the wireless internet, but that was a five dollar USB fix. Would recommend!!

While it is common for products to occasionally fall short of expectations, this seller is actively misleading customers by marketing a computer that is over 12 years old as “new.” This system is not compatible with Windows 11, yet it is being sold with Windows 11 installed through an unsupported workaround. The incompatibility is not due to a single issue, but several fundamental hardware limitations, including an underpowered CPU that does not meet minimum requirements and the absence of a TPM module—standard on virtually all PCs manufactured from 2015 onward. Numerous prior reviews confirm that buyers only discover this issue once Windows 11 requires a legitimate update, which cannot be completed. The hardware is so outdated that it cannot run basic modern applications or games, such as Call of Duty, due to the lack of TPM 2.0 support. There is no legitimate solution to make this system Windows 11–compliant or to add a compatible TPM module. When I contacted the seller to ask how Windows 11 was installed and to address the TPM requirement, I did not receive clear or direct answers. Instead, I was offered a $30 credit toward a future purchase, which does not resolve the core issue. Additional details are also misleading. The PC does not include built-in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth; instead, extremely low-quality USB adapters are provided to compensate. These omissions are not clearly disclosed in the listing. A fitting analogy would be selling an iPhone 5 with cosmetic enhancements and presenting it as a current-generation device—only for buyers to realize it cannot run basic modern applications. It is disappointing that Amazon allows this seller to continue selling such products in high volume. To make matters worse, I was required to pay nearly $30 in return shipping. I was informed that a refund would only be issued after the item was received and inspected, a process that can take up to 30 days. Based on other reviews, even receiving the refund appears to be problematic. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.
