Great prop
This made our party so much fun! Decent quality, actually works! I used chalk style paint pen to write in details and it became part of a welcome vignette. Superb!

Bought this for daughter's film camp as inspiration. Looks cool. Sturdy, but press board "slate" sort of fragile. She loves it.
