Well made but splatter no better than any other ones I have usedBought this one for its size as we have a large tefal 13 inch frying pan and this fits it perfectly but as far as stopping any splatter when cooking it’s no better than any other one we have tried, it still gets through, obviously it’s better than no guard at all.The other thing is it’s effected badly by any heat sorce up from the side of the pan and becomes heat stained very quickly, where as our older splatter guards have no such problem.

The only reason I have put 4 stars is because this was bought as a gift! Strange gift I know. Not sure if the person has used it yet but I have to say it looks very sturdy and I'm not disappointed with my purchase. If I have any further feedback then I will leave more details.

Does the job, but can be tricky to clean after, make sure you wash it first when washing up - as the mesh will pick up crumbs from washing up bowl, also does pick up burn marks from the gas hob. However on the plus side it means a nice clean hob!

Item arrived in a box that was way too big for the size of the item. The paper packaging inside the box was also way too much. I've saved all the paper as its so wasteful thevamoubtbthatvwas used. The item itself is great and does the job I need it for!

Am I the only one out of what seems to b every one who as received this item and write a review to mention wear is my free gift ( silicon pot holder ) which : would : of bin handy , and which clearly states on the peace of card that comes with it .The best deal ever for a splatter guard. Could anyone shed any light on this please . I'm indecisive on whether to send it back .Y say they will give u something free then not give u it ,

I haven't yet used the spatter guard, so can't say how well it guards against spatter! However, just wanted to say that I was impressed with the speedy delivery and the quality of the product. It feels sturdy and looks very well-made. Other reviews say the handle doesn't get hot, which seems surprising as it is not very long, so I am looking forward to using it for the first time to see if its performance and heat-resistance matches its quality.

It is bigger than I really wanted, but that said I do have a large frying pan which it fits very well. I have not actually used it as yet, but it seems to be a very good strong one and has other uses as well so I am quite pleased with it. Prompt delivery, the box was a bit battered so I was worried that it might be damaged, but when I opened it all was well, plenty of packing round it.

Good quality guard and fits over the largest of my frying pans and obviously covers the smallest ones too. I have used this twice and it keeps my glass hob splatter free which makes cleaning a lots easier. Also the fat does not fly up onto my hands and burn me, as sometimes happens when you are stir frying marinated meat. Good product prompt delivery I would certainly recommend this company.
