Rather imbalanced, but still fun
Fans of the game and board games should absolutely consider this. Big fans of board games should consider who they play with. It's quite simple to play, but not the best balanced. I had fun, but my wife and father in law didn't because they made some mistakes in the first game and were punished hard for it, but the more you play the more the flaws become apparent that the game is survivor sided, so really, it's a game with an expiration date. If you don't mind that for the price, or want it as a collectors item, go for it. For others, consider another board game.

Excellent game, if you're a fan
I enjoy playing DbD on PC, but none of my friends like PC Gaming, so I got this to try and some of that fun but in board game form. Mission accomplished! I had a blast playing as Hillbilly and going after my friends, and I think they had fun as well, lots of laughs and fun times. Slight learning curve, but it's really intuitive once you get going, would recommend

This is an absolute love letter to Dead by Daylight from the board game community. It adapts the game so well in pretty much every aspect, from the characters to the perks and just the general gameplay. Deceptively simple to play, despite the depth of the mechanics, it's pretty quick to pick up. Considering the quality of the minis you get of each character (a big selling point for me person), I'd say you absolutely get your bang for your buck here! Can't recommend enough, this has become a personal fave of mine <3
