I did not research PH levels. I am 59 yrs old and have smoked and further damaged my skin with much sun exposure. this product along with a Vitamin toner seem to be affecting my skin has I had hoped. The tone and texture have improved and the smoker lines are becoming less apparent. The last bottle I ordered in May 2024 was expired (BB 02/24) I understand its only best before, but don't think it should be full price in this case.
