Update
This phone never getting update

I'm not very happy about the phone. It drains the battery very fast even when not in use. The software is slow n keep getting stuck.

I was sold an already activated phone. The service center confirmed it was activated in 2022, so warranty is denied, though I purchased it in Oct 2025. Neither Amazon nor the service center is taking responsibility. Selling a previously activated device as new is unethical. I request immediate resolution through replacement or refund.

2nd hand phone delivered as per the customs care his mother board is not working and phone is going switch off Also tried on customer care but they said this is second hand phone and replace cost would be 20000 I am really disappointed
