Extremely comfortable for a product that's not soft. I have severe cervical issues, and end up choosing this for support during the day, rather than soft cushions.It's also good as a support for Vajrasan.

I am a female in my late twenties with a broad shoulder structure and suffer from sore upper back and shoulder muscles since last 1-2 years. Yes, my lifestyle, laptop, office work and mobile usage is killing me. No matter how much I take care of my posture throughout the day the muscle stiffness never goes away. Mornings are the most painful. Yoga exercises provide relief but the pain is back in morning. Back massages make me scream with pain. I already sleep on a hard mattress and was looking for a pillow which can correct my posture during night time. All the orthopedic products available online have mixed reviews plus doctors don't recommend them. So such pillows were a no go for me. Chanced upon this pillow and of all the products I have ever purchased online this one makes it to the top. Yes, it worked that well for me.Pros:1. Almost 80% reduction in pain and muscle stiffness2. Doing yoga was so much easier as my muscle movement was not restricted3. The height of the pillow was perfect for my body structure (broad shoulder). You anyways have an option to remove hulls and decrease height to make it work for you.4. Perfect for side sleeper like me.5. Washable coverCons:Not for back sleepers. Resulted in stiff upper back.The product no doubt is costly for Indian market and hulls might have to be replaced eventually in few months. However for the amount of comfort this product has provided I would happily shell the money again for my well being.Note (after one day of usage): I didn't notice any kind of sound while moving my head in night. Woke up 3-4 times in night as my body was not used to this kind of pillow. This should get better with time.From childhood on wards I have had a slight hump just below my neck and it decreases with yoga. This pillow had a similar effect and the hump reduced to a large extent in morning.Update: I no longer wake up at night time. Body has gotten used to the pillow.
