The heat around my neck feels so great with lower thermostat settings. I love this scarf!

The material is very soft and I like how you can stuffed the scarf through a pocket and it stays on your neck. However, I can’t tell if it works. When I plug in the USB, the green light comes on only temporarily and then shuts off when I press the power button. I can’t tell if it’s on because I don’t feel any heat. I’ve already thrown the box out so I don’t think I can return it. I can use it as a regular scarf. I’m glad I didn’t buy more for my friends.

Heats up quick and the battery life is better than expected. Definitely would reorder if needed.
