I love this little ball. It was recommended to me for my PTSD. It has a variety of vibration patterns that are easy to cycle through. So far the battery life is excellent. Don't lose the charging cord as it has a special connector! I think it is a little small to use as a massage ball but I hold it in my hand and it helps "ground" me/gives a place for anxiety to go to. I like the variety of settings and it seems to be well made. A long hold on the logo turns it on and there's a nice glowing light that lets you see it is on. I recommend this as and easy way to hold something distracting. I'm intrigued enough that I am considering a larger ball specifically for massaging sore muscles after working out. It is not silent when it is running but it is not loud enough that I need to turn the volume up on my phone or tv while using it. It comes with a cute leatherette carry case and a short USB charging cord. It took me a minute to figure out that you have to use the power cord to poke a hole in the ball to attach it to power.
