Outside gets too hot
I’m so disappointed, I don’t know if these were a bad batch but the mugs transfer so much heat to the outside that you can’t touch them for a while. The handle is too small it’s uncomfortable for my hand to hold by just the handle but holding the mug would literally burn your hand. So disappointed for being the price they are and by the brand they are.
