Pro Impact Cricket Sets

As good as advertised.This is an all-plastic kit, of pretty good quality. The base for the stumps make it easy to start playing anywhere you have a bit of cleared area - on the driveway, backyard with-or-without grass, etc. The bails are a nice touch. The plastic bat might grate on the purist, but it's sturdier than the cheap tiny ones toddlers get for their 4th birthday, and feels almost-solid in my hands. The side benefit is that it's light, so for kids eager to try the game, easier than a real wooden bat that might be much heavier. The ball looks like a tennis ball but has a rubber core (instead of hollow), so heavier. When it wears off I plan to use regular tennis balls with kids, or maybe a real ball when with adult friends (with a wooden bat). What I mean is, the stumps setup is good enough for me to buy this kit, even if I have to replace the bat/ball subsequently.

Definitely worth the price for anyone wanting to have the "real" thing versus a "plastic" replica. I like that it has a bag in which to store everything. The bat is rubber gripped and wooden (though probably smaller than a full size adult bat, but fine for me) and the wickets and "bail" are wooden.My only disappointment was the "ball" which the image showed as a red, stitched cricket-like ball described as a "rubber ball". The ball that came with it was a yellow, very heavy weight, tennis-like rubber ball; though a good quality practice rubber ball. The ball is fine; I just expected a red one (I guess I could spray paint it red). Also , the two cricket "bails" came as one piece of wood, i.e., not cut into two bails.

I took the plastic version. Its heavy duty plastics and not the cheap hollow one.My kids loved it.I would recommend it to anyone.

Cricket bat is small and for kids. Not sturdy also. Wickets are cheaply made also. For its price, not good at all

This item was not what I expected. The information given was very limited and gave the impression that it was a normal sized bat when it was a junior sized one. Both the bat and stumps are too short for a regular cricket game and more suitable for a kid wanting to learn/play cricket. I was tempted to return it but my window of opportunity to have it replaced had closed since I needed it for a set occasion. I have to be more careful in the future. Other than that, it seem structurally sound for a junior.

My husband is from India so I got this for him for Christmas to teach our kids to play. They played inside already and can’t wait for spring and summer to take it outside and play hard!

I purchased the plastic beach set and we've used it a good 10+ times now. Lightweight enough for everyone to enjoy and sturdy enough for me to smack away a 6er when i'm ready to end the match.

I purchased this for casual family games of cricket for everyone aged 5 years through to adult.This is a great set, plastic obviously, but this makes it light enough for even our smallest child to play. Being a size 5 set it is really too big for the kids but it’s clear it’ll last so will still be around to play when they are older.
