Been two years since I installed it and just forgot about it. No battery replacement and no issues till now. Just plug one end to the adapter and the other to the router and its good to go. It is super essential for JioFiber users like me since the router takes a long time to start up in case of a power outage and then all the smart home devices get disconnected as well. After I installed this UPS my internet connection has been on 24x7. It has a really good battery backup as well. The maximum I got once was 6 hours. There aren't any long outages here so don't know how much I'd get with frequent power cuts but for my purposes it works really well.

Ordered on 31st July and got delivered on the same day. Installed within 2 min and it worked pretty well. On the same day I got the opportunity to test it as because of heavy rain there was no electricity in my area and this ups provided around 3 hours of backup, please note that I did not get an opportunity to charge it for longer time out of the box since I installed and electricity went out. So out of the box it gave me 3 hrs of backup. I am using tata play fiber, router requires 12 volt 1.5 amp. It would be better if there is provision to hang this ups to wall. Overall I am happy with the purchase. I will test the ups after it is fully charged and post review again.

Bought this for my 12V Wi-Fi router, and it works flawlessly. During power cuts, It easily provides a 5-6 hours of backup and its battery can be replaced by company when its performance drops. Highly recommended for anyone working from home!

Purchased on 10 Jan. Gives around 5.5 hours backup for my Jio Fiber router. No delay, no restart when power goes off and switches instantly where the internet stays connected smoothly. Good value for money. Slightly disappointed that it does not provide upto 8 hours backup as described. Would recommend for basic home internet backup and work from home people. It is very small in size and of good finish and quality.

Really helpful and great quality. There is not at all lag if electricity cuts it works seamlessly. You can definitely go for it if you are working professional and don't want to cut off between online meetings. Will update for how much hrs get backup after 6 months of usage

Router ups is good and stable giving good battery backup simple ans easy to use. Worth purchase for the price simple design and easy to connect adapters are fit and gives proper connectivity to the router

The mini UPS is working really good. I had completely forgotten it existed even. Thats the best part of this device. It has continously supported me during long power shedding and have been using it support me extensively during days when I'm Working from home. All in all very satisfied with this product.

I recently purchased the Cuzor Mini UPS Pro for my router, and the overall experience has been quite average. The UPS itself works as expected in terms of backup, but the major issue I faced was with the DC connector provided. It did not fit properly with my router, resulting in a loose connection. This led to unnecessary confusion and multiple trials to figure out the exact compatibility problem. Eventually, I had to purchase a separate connector offline, which cost me around ₹200. The cost is not really the concern here, but the mental hassle and time spent in identifying the right solution was frustrating. For a product meant to provide convenience, this added effort defeats the purpose to some extent. Another issue I faced was with charging. The UPS is supposed to get fully charged in around 7–8 hours and show a green light. However, even after 12+ hours, it continued to show an orange light. After some troubleshooting, I realized that if your router adapter is 12V 1A, the UPS will not charge properly. You need a 12V 3A adapter for it to function correctly. After one week of use, I can say that the power backup is giving me approximately 8 hours, which is good. I also contacted Cuzor customer care, and they provided me with a 12V 3A adapter. After switching to this adapter, the UPS is now charging and powering the router properly. Cuzor should either provide the correct connector options in the box or include a proper converter to handle different router types. At the very least, they should clearly specify compatible connector types. Also, since Cuzor may not know which routers their DC adapter will fit, they should provide a list of compatible WiFi router models for the convenience of customers.
