I use an Airtel-branded Zyxel AOT-5221ZY router along with this product. It's a 12V 2A router. With this UPS, I can get around 5-6 hours of battery backup consistently, which is all I could ask for. It also works for any 12V <=3A powered item which uses a barrel jack. I specifically also use it to power my 3.5 inch external hard drive enclosure (which is also 12V 2A), since it's way more convenient than having to plug the enclosure to a wall socket. The power is truly uninterrupted, even when there's a lot of electricity fluctuations. The battery life still seems to be as good as new. Charging is slow, but it's a UPS that's meant to be always plugged into power, so I'm not complaining. It doesn't make any noise (like beeping) which I like, no one in the reviews mentioned it, so I'm doing it. The included barrel connector wire (to connect the UPS to the device you want to power) is short, which might bother someone, but not a big problem for me. Overall, it's an amazing value for money product! I highly recommend it.

Been two years since I installed it and just forgot about it. No battery replacement and no issues till now. Just plug one end to the adapter and the other to the router and its good to go. It is super essential for JioFiber users like me since the router takes a long time to start up in case of a power outage and then all the smart home devices get disconnected as well. After I installed this UPS my internet connection has been on 24x7. It has a really good battery backup as well. The maximum I got once was 6 hours. There aren't any long outages here so don't know how much I'd get with frequent power cuts but for my purposes it works really well.

It's a great mini portable UPS for Wi-Fi using it from past couple of months and works as expected. However, it would be much better if the output power cable were at least 1 meter long

I am writing this review after using this product for more than 8 months. I have faced 0 issues and the product has been a life saviour for me as the router never goes down there has been multiple times power issue at my place and the product worked exactly. It is working flawlessly. One of the great product built from India and proud of the same.

I purchased the Cuzor Mini UPS PRO 12V 3A to provide power backup for my D-Link DIR-825ACG1 (Hardware Revision G1) router, which requires 12V DC, 1.5A power. Initially, the bridge cable supplied with the UPS did not fit my router’s DC power socket because the connector was too large. I contacted Cuzor customer support through WhatsApp, and their team responded positively and helped resolve the issue. The support team arranged the compatible bridge cables free of charge and delivered them to my home address. I recently purchased the Cuzor Mini UPS Pro for my router, and the overall experience has been quite average. The UPS itself works as expected in terms of backup, but the major issue I faced was with the DC connector provided. It did not fit properly with my router, resulting in a loose connection. This led to unnecessary confusion and multiple trials to figure out the exact compatibility problem. Eventually, I had to purchase a separate connector offline, which cost me around ₹200. The cost is not really the concern here, but the mental hassle and time spent in identifying the right solution was frustrating. For a product meant to provide convenience, this added effort defeats the purpose to some extent. Another issue I faced was with charging. The UPS is supposed to get fully charged in around 7–8 hours and show a green light. However, even after 12+ hours, it continued to show an orange light. After some troubleshooting, I realized that if your router adapter is 12V 1A, the UPS will not charge properly. You need a 12V 3A adapter for it to function correctly. After one week of use, I can say that the power backup is giving me approximately 8 hours, which is good. I also contacted Cuzor customer care, and they provided me with a 12V 3A adapter. After switching to this adapter, the UPS is now charging and powering the router properly. Cuzor should either provide the correct connector options in the box or include a proper converter to handle different router types. At the very least, they should clearly specify compatible connector types. Also, since Cuzor may not know which routers their DC adapter will fit, they should provide a list of compatible WiFi router models for the convenience of customers.
