I am so glad you brought your ab stimulator out with blue tooth. I actually use it on my back to strength them because I have a deteriated dsic and it causes constant pain , to my amazement it worked the first time I tried it I no longer felt that pain in my back. This is where the bluetooth control comes in because using it on your back muscles the control on the belt is very hard to adjust intensity levels.And of course it is ecellent on my abs to I am 73 so I was not expecting ab's like when I was 27 but it definitely help srength my abb muscles after using it every day for 3 hours (while watching tv) for 3 months to feel this strength.Thank-you for a great product...My only wish : could you please allow say 10 minutes before it losses link to phone because it is awkward to search again for pairing if you are using for your back muscles.I hope some day to see it offered on amazon Canada

I don’t recommend this product. He bottom in the middle falls off. The belt itself it’s small. Disappointed.

Like the title says, you'll get results if you wear it (all.of.the.time!) It's constantly training your midsection to flex and pulse which is what you need for ab tightening. The more you wear it, the more the machine makes your abs pulse, the more your abs contract, the tighter your stomach becomes......simple! Just don't look for fast results.....wait about a month or two and you'll see. P.S- It also helps if you give up eating triple cheeseburgers, b mc's , 4 topping pizza with extra cheese......you get the point! A healthy diet goes a long way in aiding this machines work. Oh, and please utilize the water bottle (distilled water), it'll stop the electrical current from burning your skin!

So I mostly got this gadget for my husband since he likes to use it in the evening while watching TV and his old one always needed to have the silicone pads replaced. I did use it so I could see how it worked and felt. It feels exactly like my TENS machine. You can actually feel the muscles contract and release. Unlike other ab stimulators my husband has used, this one does not require silicone pads; we really like that. You just have to spray some water on the pads before putting the belt on and they did include a small sprayer bottle to make that easy to do. You can download the app to switch between the different modes and levels or just press the power button on the belt and use the plus and minus buttons to raise and lower the levels. It comes with an extender belt to make sure that ANYONE can use this belt. The material is soft and the belt does not feel uncomfortable while wearing it. This belt may not give you ripped abs but it WILL provide a nice workout to the ab area to help tone them up.

Pads did not stick, and pulses were not strong enough to feel muscles reacting. May work on someone who’s further along in their weight loss journey.
