I'm pretty pale and this works well for me. It's mild enough that I can apply it more often (before tan gets patchy) but without getting too dark and fake looking.Feels a bit tacky at first but not greasy/oily and goes on easy.Also doesn't give me weird headache/dizziness that some other tanners do when I apply to my whole body.

I've had pretty good luck with two self tanners I've tried of late. This one is a gel- type substance that then dries to skin. Put on early enough to wear at least 8 hrs before showering. You have control over depth and degree of color though endured application or more spare application. Gives nice tone that deepens upon continued use. I haven't detected any color transfer to clothes-- but I let completely dry before dressing. I like a bit of color throughout the year, nice to have this easy option.

I thought this self tanner worked pretty good. I use self tanners all the time since I live in Florida and try to keep my sun exposure to a minimum. It’s not my favorite but worked pretty decent.This self tanner is a gel so I really liked the way it spread over my skin, very easy application. It definitely added some color although not real dark. You can see the test patch I did on my arm (to see what the color looked like and make sure I didn’t have any skin irritation from it). This is the type of self tanner that you could use several days in a row to build the color you want. It does say to use every three days, I’m assuming to maintain your desired color.I put the self tanner on in the morning, left it on all day and throughout the night. I felt when I applied it, it stayed a little tacky for a while, probably waited about 20 minutes before I got dressed. It comes out pretty fast from the bottle so be careful when you go to apply it. I did use a tanning mitt when I applied it but I think you could use your hands as well, just make sure to wash them good when you’re done.One thing that I really loved about the product is that there wasn’t any of that self tanner “smell” that you get with most of them. If you used self tanners in the past, you’ll know what I mean. Overall at this price point I would definitely order again. Also, this would be good if you’ve never tried self tanners before since it gives you only a subtle color the first time you apply it.
