First one received tripped the house
The first one I received was faulty and tripped the house. But as I complained they replaced it at no cost, and since then the new one has been working just fine, no issue whatsoever. I purposely took a way overkill one for my power usage and I’m happy with it!

Nice transformer
It does not make US 240 Volts format. But you get a European 240 Volts with one hot wire and a bonded neutral. The power from US utility is a dual hot wired of 120volts on each leg of opposite wave combined to produce 240 Volts.Also the input wire of this unit is a 16 awg is good for about 1500 watts. The output will be limited to what this 5000watts transfomer can pull in.

this is second transformer I have purchsed. I returned alternate brand much less quality. I own 100 amp house this transformer far less expensive then electrical upgrade

Totally cheating
It doesn’t meet the description. Not good, waste time, if you buy this for 2500W equipment, it maybe okay, because it comes with 10A 250 W input cord, and the wire inside is thin . Not safe. the maximum capacity is under 2500W . It should be marked as 2500W . Not 5000

works quite well
I dnt normally write reviews but i am prompted to after using this product. I been using it for approximately 6 months now in jamaica to power my 15000btu AirCon which needs 220volts my house is wired fa 110vts this transformer works like a charm❤️❤️❤️ extremely safisfied with my purchase

Good tool
I ve just used it at first the electricity was cut, after that I ve used it I ve used small appliances for the moment, like hand blender, I ll see in future for big appliances ( stove, refrigerator, dishwasher,….. For the moment its ok and will buy another in future

Jen es acheter trois pour mes distributrice à barbe à papa et deux sur 3 ne fonctionne pas et je ne peut pas retourner car j’ai dépassé le 39 jours.. je les est acheté avant de pouvoir les utilisées. Ne vaux pas le prix ne perdez pas votre argent
