It's exactly what I ordered
I expected cheap plastic but this surpassed my expectations, heavy duty materials and a plug. I upgraded the size from 5" to 7" and this works as it should.

This is what's important, how it looks on your car.
I'm using these on all 3 of my Hotrod's : 1921 T-BUCKET, 1925 Tall T Doctor's Cpe and 1926 Tall T 4dr sedan. These are all steel. I wish they were gold or brass plated, which is what I'm going to do. Gold or brass looks better with my car colors.
