This Screen is big and beautiful Sheesh!
I already own a secondary monitor and i must say....this is the first secondary screen ive ever owned that i feel accurately reproduces the color and brightness of an original non-portable monitor.Just blown away honestly....and it is razor thin which is incredible.I was looking specifically for a jumbo size portable monitor and this one hit every mark so far. I also love that its a matte finish and not glossy because i sit in front of a huge window in my media room.UPDATE: Welp...its Dec 1st ....and the screen no longer turns on, i dont move it ....its not portable for me it just sits on a desk....and it is now a paperweight. I hate that for me because i LOVED this screen and now i have to order a competitor. I dont know if ill ever get a screen this bright again

Favorite Purchase So Far This Year...BUT....
Mine arrived with a power supply that didn't work. I almost sent the whole thing back! The good thing is, it uses a C type connection for power which means you can literally use your phone charger to power this thing which is what I had to resort to. That being said, this monitor is fantastic! I use it connected to my actual desktop computer using a long HDMI cord with an adapter for the mini-hdmi port in duplicate mode since I already have a monitor connected there and tend to bounce back and forth between the two when working and not working. This allows me to work in a more comfortable area (the recliner lol) and still get all of my work done without being stuck in an uncomfortable office chair all day. It also allows me to watch tv and browse the web or play games at the same time since I can be right here in the family room. Speaking of gaming, this thing has handled every game I have thrown at it like a champ. The color is amazing! Everything is sharp and easy to see. The size is also a plus. I have the monitor and mouse and a small Rii keyboard sitting on a small couch-desk and have room for many other things. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

Very wide range and slim
The monitor is 18.5 inches wide which is wider the a small TV i have. Feels like good quality even though its very thin so perfect to transport. The kick stand in the back is also helpful but stiff so it feels very sturdy. Comes with C type connector. Color and visuals are everything you need, easier to organize documents and multi task

Awesome portable monitor
I bought this to use with my switch since my games always have special events and I don’t like being in the way. It has great sound and the picture quality is amazing for what it is. I have no issues with this monitor. It has a fold out stand so you can stand it up like a picture frame and very easy to use buttons on the back. It connects to all my gaming consoles easily. For the price and functionality, I def recommend it.

THIS EXTENDED MONITOR IS HUGE!!! 18 INCHES OF MONITOR GOODNESS
The media could not be loaded. Wow this extended monitor is huge. 18 inches of gaming or working space. The great thing about this monitor is that I didn't need a Switch dock to play my Nintendo Switch. I just plug it in input 1 and its good to go. Once the Switch is connected on it recharges my Switch while I'm playing. It has all the typical inputs. Input 1 and 2 and Mini HDMI. Volume control and on and off switch. No problems with me connecting my PS5 or Xbox to it. Games run smooth. No lags. There is some blur when playing high speed competitive games. But as far as normal gaming on the Switch it handles it fine. As for as productivity. Great extended monitor to work on when you need that extra screen on the pinch. This monitor is pricey coming at $180. But it is worth the money. It has a lot of game and screen settings on the monitor. Even has HDR support which is a plus in book. Makes the colors red redder and blacks blacker. The HDR mode makes the game your playing stand out. With vibrant colors. As far as videos like YouTube videos come out vivid and clear. The only problem that I have with this monitor is that of its size. I had to get a briefcase that is will hold an 18 inch laptop to carry it. It won't fit in any of my backpack that I had currently. Also another gripe is that for the price of $180 it should have had a monitor cover. I have to use the foam that it came in the package to cover it when I put it in my briefcase . But for the price there is a lot to like about this extended monitor. Also forgot to mention that this is a plug in the wall monitor. There is no internal battery to charge. So when you use it, you do need a wall plug to use it. Overall satisfied with this monitor and highly recommend.

Decent value, but only with the coupon (see details). Conditionally Recommended
My work-provided laptop has a 13" screen. That's great for portability, but it's not remotely useful for my type of work (software development, enterprise management, etc.). Considering I have an array of large monitors for my fixed workstations, it's a massive dropoff in productivity when I am on the road. I've tried slide-out, side monitors in the past, but considering its 18" size, I decided to try the RRVIDEOS 18.5" Portable Monitor.I'm guessing that this monitor just uses a repurposed laptop panel. IPS makes for decent viewing angles, but the brightness is only mediocre. Light leakage and backlight uniformity are also just ok. That said, when there's actual content on the screen, it looks decent. 1080p is a low resolution for 18" (1440p would be much better), but you can at least run 100% desktop scaling without issues. The OSD and controls are strictly minimum deliverable, but work fine. The package size, relative to the screen, it great - as is the overall portability. The downside is that, unless you are using USB-C, you'll be having to tote around a mini-HDMI cable or adapter. The stand is compact, but that's about the best thing I can say about it.At the $200 list price, I think this is a bad deal.At the $140 price point (with $60 off coupon, at the time of this review), this is a perfectly functional secondary travel monitor. Assuming you don't need 1440 or 1600p, this is a decent monitor that might meet your needs. Conditionally Recommended
