This review is for CCINEE 12 Pcs Halloween Glowing Black Witch Hats Hanging Witch Costume Accessories with 120 Pcs Bat Wall Stickers for Halloween Themed Party Yard DecorationThis is a nice set- beware when unpacking though: the way they have the hats flattened for shipping when we were taking them out of the cellophane bag they popped up and flew across the room and scared us to death, lol. You get 12 hats and they are shaped perfectly, fishing wire, 2 plastic needles, and some bats. There is nothing “glowing” about these hats though- they do not light up in any way and why I knocked it down a star. I wish they would keep the bats and include lights or something to make these light up. I plan to string these across my porch for Halloween this year, I’ll add my own lights.
