If this is your first pair of Vivobarefoot or Minimalist shoe, it will take some time to get used to and break in. If you already have a pair, the Primus Trail Knit is great for walks/runs on pavement and trails. The knit is like a sock fit, similar to a Nike Flyknit and Allbirds.
