I bought a 6xl and it fit perfectly (I wear a 3xl in shirts and wear a 47x32 in pants). The pants do run a little more snug than the jacket and I needed to hem them up about 2 inches. The waist band is also has the elastic stretch bands which is convenient for those who need it but I absolutely had to wear a belt. Overall I'm pleased and plan on buying more colors.
