Are the lids difficult to remove?

(Note* I have the 8 oz version of this.) The lid is a good solid fit (which prevents leakage) but I don't have any problems opening them. However, I also do not have any arthritis type issues with my hands. I can imagine these might be a little difficult to manage if I did. They do come off a little easier if you work around the top of the lid to pull it off a little at a time.
