Quite frankly they don’t work! Thought I would have a change from my usual patches, (which work) as these had great reviews! The fact that it says you can wear up to 6 patches, confirms that they are not effective! Don’t waste your money!

This is a huge pack of 60 sleep patches that I think work for me, I do struggle to get off to sleep so I have been using these to aid that.As a rule patches of any kind tend to irritate my skin but thankfully these don’t.I started off using one a night but now use 2 every night.There is melatonin in the ingredients and that’s what makes you sleep.Happy to recommend.

Slept well wearing these for the first time in ages. Certainly well worth cost for good night's sleep

Better sleep with these

I suffer with very unsettled sleep so needed something to help with this. Unfortunately these had no effective on my sleep and quite overpoweringly smelled af lavender. I understand that's one of the ingredients but it was far too overpowering. It states on the box you can use up to 6 at a time so really shows you right there that they weren't going to be much good. Unfortunately I cannot recommend these.
