Work well, and smell great
I really like the smell, but they do have a scent, so be aware of that if you are expecting just a regular heating pad. These are herbal-based -- which I actually prefer, but to each his own.These are great to throw in my purse for when my neck starts hurting when I'm out, and I even have left a few in my drawer at my office for when my muscles get sore. Love that they are easy to travel with, lightweight (Compared to microwave or plug in heating pads), and they work!!

Nice for on the go
These self heating pads are so great! They work quickly once in contact with the air. I have tried self heating eye masks and was pleased to find these larger pads work just as well.I would definitely buy them again

What an interesting concept - how all theses ingredient interact to create such warmth. I love it! Quite effective. It's a pity I received only 2 patches in the pack - not 5, as advertised on the Details Page. Plus, it would have been really nice if they were reusable.

Heats up and stays warm for around 4 hours
My daughter has 6 ruptured discs in her neck and upward spine from being rear-ended by a car. I got these for her to wear to work because she has neck pain. She says it helped alleviate some discomfort while at work today.

Disposable heating pad
I often experience neck and back pain and these heating patches are perfect for temporary pain relief. Heat keep pain in check and after use patch can be easily disposed of.
