This includes: a 12 litre apple press from our affordable hobby range, Pulpmaster bucket for crushing fruit (requires mains powered drill), 16 litre fermentation bucket and lid, 2 plastic airlocks with 6 chambers, 2 grommets, yeast sachet, 2 steriliser sachets, hydrometer and 100ml jar, 3m syphon tube and a basic cider and juice making guide booklet.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can anyone please tell me if there is anything extra i need to make Cider that is not included here (besides the apples...)?**
A: Everything is included but if you have a lot of apples it’s a hard way to press the fruit.

**Q: How does the press work if the handle is horizontal?**
A: The horizontal handle cranks a screw thread which forces the pressing plates down into the pressing the pomace to squeeze the juice out

**Q: Does this come in a box which just not show what it is as I would like to buy as a present for my partner?**
A: It has tape securing the box which tells you what it is. Have to say it has been a brilliant piece of kit though. Did buy a proper macerater for our apples though as the one in the kit is good but our apples were too big and hard for it to cope well.

**Q: Is the sterilising sachet supplied with it, the same as a campden tablet? Thanks**
A: Hi, No the steriliser is NOT Sodium Metabisulphate so cannot be used in the same way to stop the cider fermentation. best regardsPaul
