These ESN Ashwa vegan capsules have been such a great addition to my daily routine. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my overall mood, focus, and ability to stay calm under pressure. Ich nehme die Pillen nun seit ca. 2 Monaten - 1 am tag nicht wie empfohlen 2. Am Anfang muss ich sagen, habe ich die Wirkung mit einer Pille schon sehr gespürt. Ich habe die Abends immer eingenommen und war dann gut 30 min später ziemlich müde und bin häufig eingeschlafen (ich muss dazu sagen, ich nehme sonst nie irgendwelche Präparate evtl. hat es deswegen so bei mir gewirkt). Ich bin tatsächlich auch morgens leichter aus Bett gekommen und war auch sonst ruhiger als sonst. Seit ca. 3 Wochen merke ich nicht wirklich mehr was von der Wirkung. Habe noch 2 Pillen übrig und werde vorerst nicht nochmal bestellen, um zu sehen, ob diese wirklich was gebracht haben oder es dann am Ende doch nur Placebo war. Sollte ich wieder Probleme haben ausm Bett zu kommen, werde ich nochmal bestelle. Probiert es gerne aus - schaden tun sie jedenfalls nicht und ich hatte keine Nebenwirkungen.

Ho provato l'Ashwagandha ESN per alcune settimane e mi sono trovato molto bene. Le capsule sono facili da assumere e il prodotto è di ottima qualità. Ho notato un miglioramento nella gestione dello stress quotidiano e mi sento più rilassato e concentrato durante la giornata. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero valido. Lo consiglio a chi cerca un integratore affidabile a base di ashwagandha.

Ik heb dit voedingssupplement geprobeerd, maar helaas werkt het voor mij niet goed. Na het innemen word ik misselijk, wat erg onaangenaam is. Daarnaast merk ik dat mijn slaap er negatief door wordt beïnvloed; ik kan slecht in slaap komen en blijf onrustig wakker liggen. Ik zou dit product daarom niet aanraden aan mensen die gevoelig zijn voor misselijkheid of slaapproblemen. Jammer, want ik had gehoopt dat het me zou helpen, maar dit is voor mij geen succes.

Good product. I take two pills after dinner and works like a charm.
