What is the fire safety rating?

Interesting question. I don't believe these soffit boards are fire rated. I have used these outside and not factored their intrinsic fire value.. sorry can't help

Does this product exist with insulation inside please?

We have install it over the layer of damp proofing but the hollow layer in between acts like a double glassing. So it is your choice we have oped out for "better safe then sorry" approach.

GOOD QUALITY SOFFIT ***

Used this with bubble foil insulation on my conservatory ceiling and its made a massive difference to the temperature. Good quality,good price and was delivered when stated.

Job done!

Whilst the overall quality of the cladding was good it was spoilt by the fact that the vast majority of the sheets were damaged at either one or both ends. This made the work of fixing them more difficult! I know the packaging contains a note telling you to check before signing for delivery but one cannot realistically expect delivery men to wait for you to do that. However the soffits do look better now the work is completed.
