I'm glad I found this. It's the 1st multi magnesium product that I've tried (and I've tried at least 15) that does the trick.No more muscle cramps, reduced heartburn and improved sleep.Remember to pair with potassium to increase absorbson.

This magnesium supplement works great for me when I take one capsule before bed, I feel subtle but noticeable increased relaxation and improved sleep. I am 5'9 and 135 lb.I decided to up the dosage one night to help with passing stool and took the recommended dosage of 3 capsules around 9:30pm I drank 20oz of water as well.I woke up around 4 am with some digestive discomfort, but by 5:30 I was extremely nauseous and threw up, in addition to diarrhea. The label does warn about intestinal discomfort and suggests starting with a lower dose but as painful and intense as this reaction is I think there should be a little more clarity regarding dosage for body weight.I would expect some discomfort or maybe diarrhea with the full amount but as intense as the nausea and vomiting as well have been I am warning others use caution and do your own research when deciding how much of the supplement to take.
