I’m considering buying one of these for the gym. Have they fixed the issues with the cheap straps yet in the comments section?

The straps are ok but are extortionate to replace for what they are especially as you have to buy a pair which consists of a large and small (one of which you will probably not use) . Does the tickr fit connect to samsung S health app ?

Not sure. However it seamlessly integrates with my Suunto Spartan Ultra watch and iPhone X over Bluetooth so I see no reason why it should connect to your Samsung.

does this store information or do u have to keep your phone in range ?

Only a monitor you have to keep your phone in range or cycle computer. Very comfortable worn on the upper arm you forget that it is there.

Can the reading from this monitor be read directly on a Garmin forerunner 735xt during activity?
