Adaptable to wound size
This product has helped me with the healing of my diabetic ulcer. If the pad is too large for the area, you can cut it to size easily.

HELPED MY MOM HEAL A STUBBORN WOUND
My mother had been trying to heal a heal wound for over 8-months. I changed her dressings to honey alginate (plus a little topical Medi-honey), and she is now almost healed. Miraculous stuff. I’ve bought an extra box to have on-hand.

These are unbelievable, if you have diabetic foot ulcers these will heal them up with in a week . They work very well will purchase again.

Great for hard to heal areas
I used this product on a bad wound that probably should have had stitches. It looked like it was getting infected despite antibiotic cream but when I started using these dressings, healing began. I did put the antibiotic cream on the face of the dressing before applying it to the wound. When I removed it, I first soaked it with peroxide so it would not stick to the wound. Worked great.

Better if self adhesuve
If you didn’t read reviews, you wouldn’t know you needed surgical tape to use this . It’s not self adhesive. For the price, it should be! I’m almost finished with my ten squares and I’m not sure it worked for me. I like the MediHoney onitment better, cheaper. Use with a bandage.

Pulled off all the healing skin. Super dry and very little moisture or “honey”
Terrible!! The “honey” is basically nonexistent. That side is extremely dry. Very little moisture or honey. When I pulled it off it tore off all the skin that was healing!!! TERRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
