Love this spray. I can not absorb magnesium tablets so this is a life saver. I spray on the soles of my feet and put socks on before bed. It does dry your skin but I just put extra cream on. I sometimes also use in the morning. No more muscle cramps and it does aid in my sleep.

Maybe itโs just a placebo but it does help me fall asleep easier and sleep more restful. I spray four or five times on my wrists and gently rub them together a few times. I do this about an hour before bedtime. It might itch for a little bit but Iโm able to ignore it; nothing too bad. I also like the light lavender scent. Iโd recommend giving it a try.

Terrible product! It is not just oily. Itโs really sticky and ruins sheets and clothes and anything else it touches. And it doesnโt smell like lavender at all. It smells more like bug spray! So gross!
