Fast delivery, only rated as a 2 at first as wanted it wireless, Was hoping that this was chargeable and unplug , but no it needs to be plugged in at al times , had take chain longer as this was only place I could put it with out going shops for wall nails drilling ect , just hope now it's powerful enough to work fingers crossed fed up with flies , more this Yr than b4 .the tray a little wide easily slides out to if , it does work to kill flies .Will write another review if works . After trying this out 2 wks in u can c it works , better at night than the day time tho, they seem to be more attracted to the light at night , maybe not bright enough for day time .

Received this yesterday and had in various positions around the house and haven’t zapped anything. Hung it from the ceiling light, as the flies seem to like to collect around there (didn’t intend it to be a permanent placement - was just desperate to see if it would zap anything). After 3 hours of hanging, nothing zapped with the lead providing a convenient resting place for the, So far, this does not work for flies and they are not attracted to the light at all - they just fly around it. Even had ones landing on the base. Very disappointing and completely useless for what I wanted it for.

The tray is a bit loose, the one that stops everywhere getting covered with crispy-fried bug remains. Best thing is to use a couple of bits of blue/white-tac to keep it spilling the deceased insects. It can make a loud pop when the pesky pests try to invade your space. The only downside is needing the USB connection. A regular plug might have been better.

This unit comes with a usb lead but no charger/power plug, lead is short. Unit it's self works well

OK product. Does what it's supposed to do. Light could be brighter to attract more insects - I still have flies buzzing around my living room despite it being on overnight with all other lights out. That being said there are still quite a few dead insects surrounding it.
